My Galaxy S5 broken, how to transfer my contacts to my new iPhone

My screen is broken on my Samsung Galaxy S5, completely black. The phone works but I cannot see anything. I thought my contacts where synced to my Gmail account but they are not there!! How can I import all my contacts from my Samsung S5 to iPhone via computer if I cannot see the screen?

After downloading, double click the .exe or .dmg to install and launch the recovery utility on your PC/Mac. Then follow the steps as below:
Step 1. Choose file type to recover
There’re four main options you can choose on the left column of the program. To recover contacts from your Samsung Galaxy with broken screen, just select "Android Broken Data Recovery" option.
Select the type of files you want to recover. You can recover contacts, messages, call history, WhatsApp messages & attachments, gallery, audio files, videos and documents from your phone which has been damaged and you are not able to enter the system for any reason such as black screen, broken screen, or non-resoponsive screen. Step 2. Select fault type which matches your phone status
Then the following window comes out, requesting you to choose why you can’t access your phone. If the touch screen does’t work or cannot enter the system, the left side is suitable for you to choose while when the Samsung device is stuck in black or broken screen, you should choose the right one.
Step 3. Select the Samsung device model
After selecting the fault type of your device, you’ll come to the step to choose your device model. You should select the correct device model to protect your phone from being bricked, or having other failures that could be beyond remedy.

Step 4. Enter your Samsung device into Download Mode
By manually inputting the word "Confirm" in the pop-up window box, you are able to continue with data recovery and come to the next step.
Follow the instructions on the program to enter Samsung Galaxy S5 Download Mode. Once your device is successfully in Download Mode, take the USB cable to connect your phone with PC.
Step 5. Analyze your Samsung phone and download the recovery package
